If you’re visiting our offices on Tuesday May 12th, don’t be shocked if we’re all wearing jeans!
You may be asking yourselves “Jeans in an office?!” ….Well here’s why we’re dressing up in our favourite Denim:
National Denim Day
What is National Denim Day?
In May 1997, the CURE Foundation inaugurated NATIONAL DENIM DAY, its main fundraiser. This event is held annually on the Tuesday following Mother’s Day. Businesses, organizations and institutions across Canada are encouraged to allow employees, members and/or students to wear denim and receive CURE’s ‘pink flower’ ribbon in exchange for a donation. What part does NCI play?
For many years now, NCI has been participating in National Denim Day. So this year, on Tuesday May 12th, our team will once again be wearing jeans to the office in support of Denim Day and raising funds.
This year we are hoping to surpass the amount raised in 2014, which was $155.00.
How you can help:

Or ask your employers if your company is also participating.
